RELATED: Video Game Characters Who Suffer From Insomnia Every class is capable of beating them all but it's clear that some classes require a lot of thought and talent to beat the game with while others are more simple to succeed with. While keeping casters at the same strength.Diablo 2: Resurrected tasks the player with eliminating not just Diablo, but his siblings and fellow Prime Evils: Mephisto and Baal. What this causes is if outside armor had Teleport, suddenly Barbs can use Fortitude - so its indirect 300% dmg buff to melee barb/druid. ![]() There are very good armors that are unusable since Enigma has teleport. So there is more possible gear choices to Enigma in armor. Or other option is to make Amulet/Circlet +teleport charges mod changed to +Teleport straight up. Also it could drop only from lvl90-95+ monsters - so it would be rare enough or craftable but by very high level char. An affix +Teleport that requires high level char to wear like lvl90 or even 95. I would give +Teleport to Rings - rings is least impactful gear slot, unlike armor. So I’d maybe introduce a high level armor runeword or two, or a high level unique that can compare with Enigma (would have to be pretty special). So how about some endgame content in the middle, harder than Terror Zones but easier than Ubers? For this, maybe even think about referencing other bosses from other Diablo games - the famous butcher from Diablo I maybe? Or King Leoric? Ubers can really only be done with specific builds and even then they need very good gear. But I think you need something else in between terror zones and Ubers. I think sunder charms have done a fine job of reducing the need for infinity, but Enigma remains without equal. I wouldn’t nerf Enigma, infinity or grief as some have suggested. I’d love it if some changes could be made to base items, but that might causes problems with the purists, and I know you need to tread a fine line to avoid alienating the purists. This alone could really change the meta (in a good way if you ask me). Things with item quality level 87, so they are that rare. So, first and most obvious, either buff existing sets, or introduce new sets that can function as end game BiS kit. And the runewords that tend to get made, are all the same (enigma, infinity, grief) and almost always in the same bases. All of the builds have their BiS equipment which is usually a combination of high end runewords and uniques, with the odd high end magic (JMOD) or rare creeping in. Almost all of them rely upon elemental damage.īut now I’d work on item diversity. It’s worth noting that virtually none of the top tier builds rely upon physical damage. Whirlwind in particular needs some more love. You’ve done well in improving under utilized skills and increasing build diversity, although I’d argue more needs to be done for the Barbarian and Druid. Plus maybe something cosmetic to let other people know you’re paying for this.ĭiablo - 25 extra character slots plus 7 extra stash tabs. Add a currency tab which you know will make everyone happy.ĭuriel - 10 extra character slots plus 3 extra stash tabs. So how about a compromise? Introduce 3 tiers of D2R storage - Blood Raven, Duriel and Diablo (or whatever names you want).īlood Raven - free tier, as it is now. We want more character slots and more stash space. This won’t be popular with some players, but Blizzard, you want to make money from D2R to justify continued investment in it. Since you probably won’t say, I have some ideas. Blizzard/VV, it would be good to know what you have planned for the next patch, or the general direction over the next year.
